How It Started

In the spring of 2013 I started making my own barbecue sauce. I was tired of the same old sauce and the lack of variety stores had to offer. I wanted to create something that would not only represent my favorite styles of barbecue but complement them as well.  After two and a half years of experimenting with different flavors and making slight adjustments here and there, I had what I was looking for. A little sweet on the front end, a tangy vinegar in the middle, and a small kick on the back end that leaves you wanting more.

Jesi Ray’s Sweet and Spicy is a Kansas City meets Carolina sauce that transcends traditional styles.

Its goes great on just about anything: pork, chicken, beef, eggs, rice, baked beans, and green beans just to name a few. If you don’t believe me, buy a bottle and find out for yourself.
